Group training sessions
Group training brings together a friendly group of people and a professional training environment where every player can contribute to their own development and enjoy an athletic lifestyle. During training, we focus on learning basic techniques, tactical play, and coordination.
Groups are formed according to skill level (beginners, intermediate, advanced). Training sessions last 60–90 minutes and include a warm-up, main part, and consolidation of what has been learned through point games.
